Destinations & shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom. Shipping is included in the product price, with no additional standard delivery charge for these destinations.

Origin & estimated delivery

All bracelet styles are dispatched directly from mainland China by cross-border parcel delivery. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Customs clearance, local holidays, delivery location and carrier conditions can affect arrival.

If delivery is delayed, please contact us with your order number. Where a delay requires your agreement or gives you a right to cancel, we will respect those rights and provide the remedies required by applicable law. Please contact us before ordering if you need a product for a specific date.

Your delivery details

Please check your shipping address and contact details carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly about an error. We cannot guarantee an address change after a parcel has entered the delivery network.

Taxes & customs

Free shipping refers to the delivery charge. Any tax collected at checkout will be shown there. Other import duties, taxes or carrier handling charges may be payable under the destination's rules unless expressly included in the order. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification.

Missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries

Email lujiangg@outlook.com with your order number and details. We will investigate with the carrier where appropriate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. You do not lose your consumer rights merely because an item was sent by an independent carrier.
